Last week was a success in the meal planning front as I think we've eaten everything planned bar one. Sausage casserole turned into sausage sandwiches, but they were lovely!
Another success was I lost a pound, which brings my total this year to 13, another 2 lbs and I will have lost my Christmas weight!
Onto this week, all Slimming World friendly, so low fat and sugar. In no particular order:
Beef Stew (no Syns if I don't have dumplings)
Roasted Chicken with garlic roasted vegetables (Syn Free)
Garlic Roasted Vegetable Soup (Syn free and a great way to use leftovers!)
Faggots, Mash and Veg (About 8 Syns for 2 faggots)
Homemade Burger, Slimming World Chips and Colslaw (about 2 Syns for the coleslaw)
Baked Potato with Leeks and Smoked Haddock (Syn free)
I'm working away at least one day this week, so the boys will make do with beef stew leftovers with lots of bread, it always tastes better the second day anyway!
